With a naturally curious mind and a passion for uncovering unexpected connections between ideas, my journey began during my university studies in Taiwan. It was there that the initial seeds of my diverse skillset were planted, fuelled by a deep interest in people and the intricate ways we react to and behave within our environments.

My core strength lies in taking initiatives from concept to successful launch and then iteratively improving them. Whether focusing on product development, service innovation, or technological advancements, I thrive on navigating diverse projects across multiple industries. My process often begins by asking fundamental questions: Who might we serve? What is our overarching vision? What obstacles hinder our progress? How can we effectively solve complex problems?

To answer these questions and drive solutions, I leverage tools and skills such as design thinking to clearly frame crucial problems, map detailed customer journeys, and conduct in-depth analyses of customer data derived from marketing insights, user reviews, and sales reports. My proficiency in advanced data analysis has been significantly enhanced through my recent completion of a data science program.

Crucially, the processes of mapping and analysis are intertwined with the need for creative problem-solving, effective project and stakeholder management, and, at times, skillful supply chain negotiations.
